Dave has spent the past 25 years in a variety of sales and sales-engineering roles in the networking and telecommunications industries at companies including Shiva Corporation, Lucent (SpringTide Networks), and OpVista. Prior to Firebind, Dave spent many years in senior sales roles at SeaChange International, IneoQuest Technologies, Netscout, and Skreens Entertainment Technologies. Dave is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Jay has lead the development and architecture for numerous high performance servers and systems for financial, network management and enterprise applications. Jay has held executive leadership and development positions for several technology outfits, including Lime Brokerage, Magnasource, Lucent, Sun Microsystems, United Technologies Corp. and Digital Equipment Corporation. Jay is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with degrees in Electrical Engineering and Applied Mathematics.
